What To Expect In Your Session

This is a professional massage service.  The intention of your session is to aid your body in its ability to heal itself by reducing physical and emotional stress and allowing deep relaxation to occur.  Also, therapeutic massage can assist in the reduction of physical pain due to overused and injured muscles.  Prior to the start of your session, your health history will be reviewed in addition to gathering information regarding any injuries or pain in which you may be experiencing.  Reviewing this information as well as discussing your symptoms with you, will help determine the type of session you receive. This will  ensure you receive the type of massage/bodywork that best suits your needs.  The goal of each session is to focus on your well-being and to deliver the best care possible.  Pain can be experienced as a physical pain or an emotional pain in the body.  This energy can be stored within the muscle tissue and when released your body is able to rebalance itself.  

• 60 Minutes of hands on therapy is scheduled for 1 1/2 hours. This time includes your pre & post care.  Your investment for a 1 1/2 session is $85.

• 90 Minutes of hands on therapy is scheduled for 2 hours.  This time includes your pre & post care.  Your investment for a 2 hour session is $105.  

You are responsible for your healing.  Self care is important when asking your body to regain normal function.    Multiple sessions may be required depending on your condition.

 

Cancellation Policy

Your session has been reserved just for you.  If you are unable to keep your reserved time, please call to re-schedule within a 24 hour period to avoid a cancellation fee.  If an emergency prevents me from being available for your session, your session is free.

Cash, Credit Cards and PayPal payments are accepted for services.   To make a payment using PayPal, click on "Make a Payment" 

 

Disclosure

This is a professional massage service.  At anytime if there is any behavior by the client that would be deemed inappropriate; the therapist has the right to terminate the session immediately regardless of the session time remaining.
